HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply navigate the website using the menu icon (top left of your screen), and identify your preferred choice of rings.
Add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment via debit card, as well as bank transfer option is available.

CAN I ADD AN ENGRAVING TO MY RING?
Yes, complimentary engraving applies on all our gold rings.
If you would like to have engravings done, let us know in the special message box when placing your order or via phone/email.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Items in stock are delivered between 1-3 days depending on your location.
Other items require 10-15 working days to be delivered.
For custom designs, the exact time frame will be confirmed with you once we know more about your requirements and the complexity of your design.
You’ll be updated via email on the status of your order throughout the process.
CAN I BUY FROM YOU IF I LIVE OUTSIDE NIGERIA?
Absolutely, yes! We proudly serve clients all over the world.
We partner with DHL Express & FedEx® to deliver your orders to your doorstep. You can track the location of your parcel in real-time and its entirely hassle-free.
CAN YOU CREATE MY CUSTOM DESIGN?
We can design and create almost anything – we may sometimes make suggestions on how to ensure your ring stands the test of time.
To help you better visualize, we will make you a basic 2D/3D illustration. You can request for modifications to the design, till you are entirely satisfied with the final outcome.
Our production team is highly skilled and detailed. Just let us know your ideas and together, we can make it happen.
ARE YOUR STONES GENUINE?
Yes, all our stones are 100% authentic.
We carry a wide range of stones from natural diamonds, to moissanite, to semi-precious gemstones, to high grade cubic zirconia.
You can select your preferred choice by navigating the website with the menu icon at the top left of your screen.
DO YOUR DIAMONDS COME WITH AN APPRAISAL CERTIFICATE?
Sure. We offer a vast collection of GIA-certified natural diamonds (0.3ct and above).
Our moissanite may also come with a Charles & Colvard certificate where applicable.
WILL MY RING COME IN A BOX?
Our rings come in a beautiful ring box encased within another larger box to ensure your ring is kept safe.
IS MY RING COVERED BY ANY FORM OF WARRANTY OR INSURANCE?
We offer a 12-month manufacturer warranty on all our rings.
Especially for diamond jewelry, we encourage you to get an insurance cover for your peace of mind to ensure coverage with worldwide protection against loss, theft, damage, and mysterious disappearance. We do not partner with any insurance companies to bring you this service for now.

PAYMENTS
CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
We do not offer payment-on-delivery.
***For orders within Lagos state, you may opt to make an initial 70% deposit, and pay up on delivery.

We currently accept the following payment methods during checkout:

IS IT SAFE TO ENTER MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS INTO THIS WEBSITE?
You bet!
We do not store any of your card details. That is handled by our payment processor, PAYSTACK, one of the best in the business! Hence, we cannot share any of your card details with anyone else (even if we wanted to, lol!)
DO YOUR PRICES CHANGE OFTEN?
Our prices are updated monthly to reflect changes in metal and diamond prices, and fluctuations in forex.
Any quote sent to you by our team is valid for seven days.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
We will never share any of your information with a 3rd party.
Who is a 3rd party? Well, the 1st party is us & the 2nd party is you. So, a 3rd party is anyone else other than us or you.
RING SIZES
WHAT RING SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
For female rings, we produce sizes from US Size 4-10. For male rings, 7-13.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY RING SIZE?
Knowing your partner’s exact ring size is very rare. If asking them outright isn’t an option we have numerous ways to find out by following the suggestions from our ring size guide.

Our ring size guide should provide you with an approximate idea as you must have a rough estimate before you place your order. You must have a ring size before you place your order.

WHAT IF THE RING DOES NOT FIT?
Depending on the ring in question, we will either have it exchanged for the correct size, or have it resized.

**Please note that if the ring size change is two sizes or more bigger or smaller there may be a fee that needs to be paid for the service as the ring may have to be remade.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED?
Oops!!! Please check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that does not work, send us an email. Tell us what you ordered and your order number. We will help you out. You can also reach us via phone or Whatsapp.
